Volunteer Acknowledgment – Golshahi Basketball Academy

Note: Participation in Academy sessions is only possible after completing the Volunteer Registration Form and attending an in-person session of approximately one hour for an interview and review of Academy rules.

By completing the registration form and signing the Academy Rules form presented in the in-person session, you officially acknowledge and accept the Academy’s rules and regulations and confirm your understanding of them.

Volunteers participate of their own free will and do not receive any compensation.

Volunteers are not covered by insurance during this period (May 3, 2026 – end of July 2026) and accept this voluntarily.

Volunteers are expected to:

1. Arrive 10 minutes before the training session starts.
2. Notify at least one day in advance if unable to attend.
3. Follow all Academy rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
4. Treat all players, parents, and staff with respect and professionalism.
5. Refrain from involvement in any matters outside of training.
6. Contact Hossein Golshahi, Academy Owner, directly for any non-training-related issues and seek guidance.
7. Avoid taking any unilateral actions outside of basketball training.
8. Follow the Academy’s methods; every training or activity provided must be conducted as planned, without alterations.
9. Filming of themselves or players is strictly prohibited without approval from Hossein Golshahi.
10. All sessions are recorded from start to finish for the safety and supervision of all players and volunteers.

All personal, medical, and non-medical information of volunteers is kept strictly confidential.

Volunteers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all players and their families during and after the program.

Any violation of confidentiality or rules may result in termination from the Academy, and all responsibility lies with the volunteer. The Academy assumes no liability for consequences.

I, Hossein Golshahi, Academy Owner and Director, am always present in the facility.

Volunteers must immediately report to me in any emergency and consult before taking any action.

If volunteers have completed First Aid training, they must present their certificate.

Otherwise, they should not take unilateral action in emergencies and are only expected to notify the Academy Director immediately.

• Each volunteer will be provided with an Academy volunteer T-shirt, which must be worn during every session.
• Wearing basketball shoes is mandatory.

• Main Sessions: May 31, 2026 – end of July 2026

• Volunteers are required to read all Free Trial policies published on the Academy website.
• These policies include player age requirements and rules regarding free sessions.

By signing the form, you agree to participate in the free session and main sessions according to Academy rules.

• Volunteers who cannot continue during the season may withdraw at their discretion.
• The Academy assumes no responsibility for compensation or resume support if a volunteer withdraws mid-season.

In emergencies or if a volunteer’s presence causes disruption or stress to players, I, Hossein Golshahi, reserve the right to request the volunteer to leave the session or facility immediately.

This action is solely for safety and the well-being of the environment and does not imply any judgment or accusation against the volunteer.

The situation will be reviewed afterward to clarify if any mistake or misunderstanding occurred.
